FAQs
Got questions before you book? Here's what active adults in Greenville ask us most before their first visit.
At Peak, every visit is one-on-one with your doctor for the full appointment, no aides, no assembly-line care. We combine chiropractic care adjustments with soft tissue work, dry needling, and performance rehab in a single session based on what you need that day. The goal isn't just to feel better for a week, it's to understand what's driving your pain and build a plan that keeps you at your best.
Our core services are Sports Chiropractic, Dry Needling, and Shockwave Therapy. Most patients receive a combination of modalities within a single visit depending on their goals and what the doctor finds during the evaluation. We don't charge separately for each technique, care is built around your plan.
We are a cash-based clinic and do not bill insurance directly. We accept cash, credit, HSA, and FSA payments. We're happy to provide a superbill after your visit that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Many patients find that the level of care and time they receive is well worth the investment.
New patient evaluations are approximately 40 minutes. Follow-up visits are around 20 minutes. Every appointment is one-on-one with your doctor from start to finish, no waiting on aides or rushing through a checklist.
We work best with active adults and athletes who want to keep training and are looking for a clear explanation of what's going on and a plan to fix it. Our patients include CrossFitters, Professional Athletes, golfers, strength athletes, runners, and people who simply want to stay active without pain holding them back. If you've been told to "just rest" and that hasn't worked, you're probably a great fit.
